All cases are listed for a pre-trial settlement conference – this is a meeting between your lawyers and lawyers for the defendant company where the parties discuss the details of your case and it may resolve without the need to go to trial. To prepare, we will discuss your case with you and how your condition impacts on your life and family.

​We take your case to resolution

The majority of cases settle before trial. We are prepared to take your case to trial if necessary. Very few claims proceed to trial and verdict in Victoria.
